Tenant signature confirms attendance at check-out inspection only — not acceptance of any proposed deductions.

Legal Note: You cannot deduct for fair wear and tear — only for damage beyond what is expected given the length and nature of the tenancy. Deductions must be reasonable and supported by evidence (photos, invoices, quotes). Tenants have the right to dispute deductions through the deposit scheme's free ADR service.
