Guarantor Requirements

To be accepted as a guarantor, you should typically meet the following criteria:

  • UK resident
  • Annual income of at least 2.5–3× the annual rent (£[amount] × 2.5 = £[amount])
  • Good credit history (no CCJs, bankruptcy, or IVAs)
  • Homeowner preferred
