Documents Required:

  • Completed application form
  • Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)
  • Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
  • Fire Risk Assessment
  • Floor plans of the property
  • Proof of ownership or management rights
  • Tenancy agreements

Property Standards to Meet:

  • Minimum room sizes (6.51m² single, 10.22m² double)
  • Adequate kitchen facilities for number of occupants
  • Sufficient bathroom/toilet facilities
  • Fire doors, alarms, and emergency lighting

Application Fees:
