Use this form to serve notice when you need to regain possession using Section 8 grounds.
When to Use:
- Rent arrears (Ground 8, 10, 11)
- Breach of tenancy agreement (Ground 12)
- Antisocial behaviour (Ground 14, 7A)
- Any other Section 8 ground
Notice Periods (RRA):
- Ground 8 (serious arrears): 2 weeks
- Ground 7A (repeated ASB): 1 week
- Most other grounds: 2 months
